Welcome to Secondary news

Firstly a huge thank you to all parents who supported our Spring Fayre in any way, we are very grateful for your support and, despite the rain, there was a wonderful atmosphere in the school. Also, well done to all the students who got involved in selling, making, cooking, playing and eating; if only every day at school was as much fun!

Big improvement in uniform this week, thank you for your support in this. Our biggest bug bear at the moment are polo shirts that aren’t the correct school uniform, it seems like a little thing but when we are trying to be fair with all our students, the few who wear their own versions of uniform upset the others. Your support with checking uniform before children leave the house is much appreciated.

Just a reminder that deposits need to be paid for camp for Years 7-10, there will be no alternative provision in school and we expect all students to be on camp or on an international trip.

Finally, internal exams begin this month, running from May 29th to June 4th is very important that student s attend and arrive punctually during this period. Please also avoid making any external appointments during this time.

Have a great weekend, the sun is back, hoorah!
