Friday, December 19 | 12:30 - 14:30
Planning has begun for our annual Christmas market event, Brilliant Britannica which will take place this year on Friday 19th December, the last day of this term. This is when children from KS2 and the Hungarian department make Christmas craft for sale to raise money for our chosen charities: Bátor Tábor and Heartfelt English. KS1 are busy with concert rehearsals and do not make crafts, but they do participate in the event on the final day of autumn term.
Also invited are local businesses who sell their handcrafts and give our community the opportunity to buy last minute Christmas presents. Hot chocolate, mulled wine and chimney cake are also firm favourites!
Presents will be bought, money raised for charity, hot chocolate drank, the choir will sing, and it will be a fitting cheery end to the term as we break for the Christmas holiday.
All parents are invited to attend the event from 12.30, it is always a great opportunity to pick up that last minute present! It is also a wonderful community event to mingle with friends.
The school day ends at 14.30 on the final day of the term.
