Join us on Saturday April 18 at the popular community cycling event around Budapest!
This community event is non-competitive, free of charge, and no registration is required. Much like our popular Budapest Marathon, Santa Fun Run, or Britannica Skates community events, this cycling event will once again see a group of us come together for a fun opportunity to explore the city like never before!
The purpose of the event is to promote riding the bicycle in Budapest and to encourage cycling as a lifelong activity. Where many people ride bikes, the air is better, the streets are safer, there are less traffic jams on the roads. Use a bike instead of a car and lower your environmental footprint!

Meeting Point: 2:30pm on Tímár utca in Óbuda - look out for the Britannica flag in the crowd!
Start: 3pm from Tímár utca
Finish: Városliget Napozórét around 5:30pm
Route: Tímár utca → Árpád fejedelem útja → Margit híd → pesti alsó rakpart → Közraktár utca → Petőfi híd → Irinyi József utca → Bocskai út → Bartók Béla út → Szent Gellért rakpart → Attila út → Alagút → Lánchíd → József Attila utca → Andrássy út → Oktogon → Dózsa György út → Városliget.
