Monday June 17 | 09:15 - 11:30 | For incoming Year 1 families
All new Year 1 children will be invited, along with their parents and their favourite teddy, to a morning of fun activities at Britannica on Monday June 17th from 9:15am!
Parents can meet the staff team of teachers and teaching assistants, while the children can get to know their new friends.
There will be activities and snacks in the Key Stage 1 garden, free play in the Pirate Cove play area and activities inside the classrooms. Parents are asked to stay for the 2 hour event in order to help their children feel settled and comfortable, but also to make connections with other families.

- 10:15 - 10:30 Snack time
- 10:30 - 11:15 Teddy Bear games & activities
- 11:15 - 11:30 Pirate Cove takeover
- 11:30 Goodbyes until August
Children can bring their water bottle from home and parents are welcome to pack a morning snack too.
Parents will receive a letter from school with more details in due course. We look forward to seeing you there!
