Transition to Secondary - Info Session for Upper Key Stage 2 Parents

As part of our transition schedule, we will be running an Open Day on Monday 23rd March at 8.30am for parents of Year 5 and 6 children. The aim is to give an overview of Secondary, the qualifications, approach, and to get a tour from our Year 7s, to whom you can ask questions.

Later next term, there will be a coffee morning for Year 6 parents only, where you can meet Mrs Stroud and Mr Trovo and get more detailed and logistical information, plus practical advice for your child’s transition.

Year 6 children will have various transition activities as well throughout the year, with the next one being the Discovery Day with secondary just before Easter. Later, they will also have a session with Year 7, who will present about life in Year 7 and answer any questions.
