Alicia was born in Newcastle, South Africa, and lived in Cape Town for ten years before moving to Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. She completed her schooling in Abu Dhabi, then continued her studies in Dubai, where she earned both her bachelor’s degree and her master’s degree. She later obtained her teaching qualification from Liverpool Hope University.
Alicia has been teaching for nearly ten years and has experience with both the American and British curricula, as well as project‑based learning. She enjoys reading, listening to music, travelling, and spending time with friends and family. Although she moved to Budapest in 2026, her mother and siblings continue to live in the UAE.
In her free time, Alicia enjoys travelling, reading, listening to music, spending time outdoors, and exploring different cuisines through cooking. She is very enthusiastic about teaching in Budapest at an international school and is excited to contribute to shaping the next generation of future leaders.
