Ms Zsak was born and raised in Budapest and completed her BA degree in social-pedagogy in 2004. After graduating, she took a long maternity leave to raise her three children. During this time, she lived in Switzerland for three years with her family, where she worked as a volunteer teaching assistant at the Hungarian School of Basel. After moving back to Hungary, she completed an add-on degree in developmental teaching at ELTE University, Budapest. Ms Zsak used to work in a Kindergarten as an SEN teaching assistant and in a public school as a developmental teacher before joining Britannica. She likes to spend her free time with family and friends, is fond of pilates and hiking too. She is happy to work at Britannica, in an international community, with a kind team and lovely children.
