This event is especially useful for parents who are new to the school, or those who have a child moving from one Key Stage to the next (i.e starting Y7, Y10 or Y12).

It is an opportunity to meet your child's Form Tutors, get to know the systems in place at Britannica and consider the differences and potential challenges in each Key Stage.

Locations

KS3 parents will first receive an introduction from Mrs. Stroud in the Auditorium, before being given the opportunity to talk to individual tutors in tutor rooms.

Y10 parents will be met by Mr. Gould to get a bit more information about IGCSE study and the expectations for KS4 students. They will then have the chance to ask further questions and chat with KS4 tutors. Y11 Parents are also welcome to join this session.

Y12 parents are invited to a Sixth Form Parent Orientation session with Mr. Setchel in The Club. During the talk, parents will receive more information about A Level study as well university applications and the support available at Britannica. Again, parents will also have the opportunity to talk to tutors. Year 13 parents are also welcome to join this session.

We hope to see you there!
