Dear Britannica Parents,
One more week to go before winter break!!
On 14 Feb we will host the Valentine's Day "Buy One and Give One" (BOGO) Valentine's Day Sweetest Sale. The sale will begin at 10:20 during the normal lunch break times. The children will be able to purchase a Valentine's cookie/brownie/muffin, etc., for themselves, and one for a friend, teacher, or special someone. The BOGO will be 300HUF, and we'll be wrapping that second special treat for the children. One cookie will be the normal 200HUFs.
We currently have approximately 8 parents who have agreed to help bake and sell. Ideally, we would like to have a few more parents to help us out. If you can spare some time and baking, please send us an email volunteering your support. It would be greatly appreciated!
Farsang will take place next Friday, 15 Feb. Remember, the children may dress in their Farsang costumes and there will be activities throughout the day including the School Flea Market. The Flea Market will take place between 1000 - 1200AM. in the primary hallways. The idea is to have the children bring in no longer used toys/school uniforms/books, etc., to sell.
Also, before the break would be an excellent opportunity for you to check the overflowing lost and found boxes. There are plenty of hats, trousers, sporting clothes, shoes, and just about anything you can imagine, in the boxes. So, if your child is missing something, it is probably in one of those boxes.

Wednesday 27 February: Open Day for new, prospective and current parents 8.45-11.30 (Auditorium)
Wednesday 6th March: Transition meeting for year 5 and 6 parents (8.45-9.30 Auditorium)
Wednesday 13th March: Meet SLT Coffee with the main agenda item to be the feedback from the parent survey (8.45 -10.00 Auditorium)
