Dear Britannica Parents,
Tomorrow is our big charity event, the Britannica International School Spring Fayre. You are cordially invited to attend the day's festivities with your child(ren) . It is a great day to have fun with your family and support the school, and the Feszek charity. We are looking forward to enjoying the day with you, and wish you great luck during the raffle prize drawings.
In case you missed your chance to buy tickets during our weekday ticket sales, the Fayre activity and raffle tickets will be on sale again tomorrow until about 1200ish. Activity tickets are 250HUF, and the raffle tickets are 500HUF. You could be the lucky winner of two Wizz Air travel vouchers or a Weekend at the Marriott. So, pick up your tickets early on Saturday. Attached is our updated Raffle Prize listing for your perusal.
There are still opportunities to help support the event. We could use volunteers to help with the popsicle stall, and selling tickets.
The Fayre will go on as planned rain or shine. The below timings are again provided for your information and planning.
0800 – 1000 Vendor/PSA Booth/Stall Setup
0915 – 1000 Student Booth/Stall Setup
0930 - Student Registration
1000 – 1300 Booths/Stalls Open
1000 - Event Opening (performance by school orchestra)
1100 - Interlude 1: Music from the school choir
1145 - Interlude 2: Music from individual student performers or small ensembles
1230 - Raffle draw (NM/PSA Committee, far end of Playground
1315 - Spring Fayre Closes (registration and dismissal procedures TBC separately Primary/Secondary communications
