Good morning!

Well I am now confident that spring is close, as I arrive at work just before 7:00 every morning, it is definitely daylight now and going home most evenings it is still daylight – a positive sign that the we are changing seasons.

It was lovely to see all the Year 11 students last night, and those parents that could make it, to discuss their choices going into Year 12 – big decisions to be made and, with the Year 9s, the more information we can give them, the more informed the choice they will make.

We’re all geared up for Farsang today; this will be my first experience of this so naturally curious and excited in equal measure.

Just a reminder to all parents, as we will likely be losing the tent over half term in preparation for the new building, we are asking all secondary students to bring their swimming gear on a Monday morning to give us flexibility if the weather turns against us.

I’m sure I don’t need to remind you that next week is half term, I think lots of the students are in need of a break, and I know my colleagues are so may I wish you a happy half term and, if you are travelling, travel safely. When we come back- it will be Week A.

Have a great week!
