SWIMMING NEWS
The 3rd Swimming House Competition Final took place on this week here at Britannica. It was organised for the KS2 top 4 girls and boys in each classes with the qualified events. They had the chance to compete in 2 different styles in Y3-4 and 3 in Y5-6 in 1 length. The best 3 swimmers were awarded with medals in each year group and in each event. Despite their huge excitements, the kids have achieved great results. The last event was the best one, the relay race, where the Y3 and Y4 classes swam against each other as a team and did the same the Y5 and Y6 classes.
All in all, it was an excellent challenge for the best swimmers in the school to show their talent and a great experience for those who could not win any medals.
Congratulations again for every finalists for being there and thank you for the parents for their support and the cheering!
Many thanks as well for Ms. Saci, Mr. Markolt and Mr. Eggleston to help me in everything!
