Grant has been teaching Economics and Business Studies for over thirty years and in several organisations, having taught IGCSE and Advanced Level and has been an examiner in both subjects. He believes in making learning fun, interesting, relevant and challenging and has high aspirations for his students. He has lead academic and pastoral areas of a school and has a holistic view of education.

Grant's experiences internationally have given him an appreciation of the challenges and opportunities that young people and their families face, worldwide.

In his spare time, Grant enjoys reading, gardening and most sports, playing tennis - badly - to keep fit. A father and grandfather, Grant puts a lot of store in family and friendship.
