Irmelin comes from a small town in the western parts of Norway. She is a clinical and health psychologist and specialist nurse with an MA in mental health care. She has extensive experience in in-and out- patient clinics for adults, and in an out-patient clinic for children and adolescents, working with a wide range of various conditions.
At Britannica, she teaches Psychology and is the Secondary School Psychologist supporting students in areas related to social and emotional well-being and academic development.
In her free time, Irmelin enjoys reading, music, knitting, meditation, photography and travelling.
