Matthew grew up on the outskirts of Melbourne, Australia. After studying biomedical engineering at the University of Melbourne, he moved to West Australia as part of the Teach for Australia program, where he taught mathematics for two years while earning his teaching qualification. Always keen to explore new and exciting places, Britannica is his first experience at an international school - and a great chance to teach both maths and computer science. Outside school, Matthew is an avid fan of movies, classical music, and hiking.
