Mr. Spisák is the Head of Faculty for Mathematics, Science and Computer Science at Britannica International School Budapest.
Mr. Spisák holds a degree in mathematics and English language and literature equivalent to a masters degree. He graduated at the University of Salzburg (Austria) and has a teachning qualification both for the EU and the UK (QTS). He has worked in education for 31 years with a 19 month interval, when he was the Head of R&D at a local company including Hungarian state schools and various colleges and universities including the Technical University Budapest. He is particularly passioate about the teaching of mathematics and computer science including designing and implementing a curriculum that suits the nedd of our students best. Within mathematics, he has a particular interest in coding- and information theory.
Outside school he oves spending time with family, he is an ardent biker and enjoys gardening and railway modelling. Furthermore he has an extensive knowledge of music of the 70/80s as well as the history of public transport in Budapest and Salzburg.
