Non-uniform day for Primary on Friday, March 13 (the day before actual Pi Day)!
Pi day is March 14th (3.14) and throughout the school on Friday 13th (day before the actual day), our Primary students will be enjoying some fun Pi related activities. These include maths activities related to the never ending number, as well as activities investigating circles and how the Pi formula relates to these. We will also be getting creative with the number and the patterns it can create, the use of circles and also using the Pi symbol in art. There will be an assembly on Friday, March 13th to introduce this to the students where we will be in non-uniform, with a circles or dotty theme. There will also be a challenge to see who can recite the most digits of Pi from memory. Let's have some Pi fun!
